Shipping and returns
For Italy, we offer free shipping with all orders, for other countries the cost is exposed during the purchase, according to the following scheme:

If the shipping address is in an extra UE country, eventual local taxes and additional duties will be calculated and applied by the authorities; these costs will not be at our charge. Then the courier might come with a separate invoice with which requires the payment of duties and taxes charged by local authorities.
Delivery timing and handing
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, to get your items delivered (starting on when your order is dispatched from our warehouse) within 5 working days in Italy and within 10 days in Europe. For all other destinations not listed in the table, contact us.
All orders made on Fridays will be handled on the following Monday morning.
Orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be handled on the next working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this timeframe we will inform you whenever possible.
We cannot change your order (product, size, colour, address) once it has been shipped.
Remember that the timing may slightly change in certain periods of the year or due to causes of force majeure, our company can not be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.

We recommend that you enter a mobile phone number in your data so that the forwarding agent can contact you more easily.
Addresses allowed for delivery
For the delivery of the purchased products, you may choose your residence, your domicile, and place of work or private address. For security reasons, shipping to P.O. Boxes will be not executed. Only the information about the shipping address indicated at the time of the order will be considered effective.
You can track your orders 24 hours per day via “My Account” section.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from courier to track the shipping.
Please note such link will direct you to the courier’s website, which is not controlled by us.
Title to and risk of loss in your products will pass to you when you take possession of the products.
Integrity check and delivery problems
For the delivery of the products, your presence (or of an authorized person) is required at the delivery address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of every order, you are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package.
In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, please contact immediately the courier and inform us via contact form.
If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on you (wrong address, wrong telephone number, absence of the recipient at the address, etc.) or if you refuse the delivery, the shipping charges and the eventual customs fees will be deducted from any reimbursement due to you.
In the event that our company is not able to deliver the goods, due to a temporary or sudden unavailability of product, we shall promptly inform you, and nevertheless within ten (10) days via email. The amount you already paid shall be credited in the same way of the received payment.
You can return one or more of your articles by downloading, filling in and sending the withdrawal form within 14 calendar days from the date the order is delivered (products delivery). It is necessary to deliver the products within 14 calendar days from the withdrawal form sending date.
Return of products is possible, as long as products returned are in their original condition:
- the products must be intact and unworn, not used, not altered or damaged;
- all the tags and labels must be intact and still attached to products;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging.
Our company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
If the item does not meet the above requirements, no refund will be made and the return will be sent back to you.
To make a return you just have to:
- Access the “My Account” section and download the “Withdrawal form” from the appropriate section;
- complete and send the withdrawal form to the provided e-mail address;
- send back the products to the address provided inside the withdrawal form.
Our company is not responsible for return shipping charges.
Any further expenses incurred for eventual import custom clearance fees of returned goods, will be transferred from the amount of the reimbursement.
We also suggest you to choose a trackable shipping method because we cannot be held liable for any thefts or losses in the return procedures.

If you withdraw from your order, after the warehouse has received and checked the return, you will be refunded within 14 calendar days in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Timing of the money refund varies, depending on your financial institution.
You’ll get an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse and refund processed.
